Marketing Executive: Brand Development x 1 Windhoek
DIVISION: Marketing

Main responsibilities
- Ensures that all Marketing Support Services activity is based on NTB’s overall business objectives and is in response to internal demand.
- Supports all markets with product information and photographic collateral for use with foreign media initiatives.
- Reviews competitor countries’ collateral and identify gaps to enhance and improve NTB’s collateral material ensuring Namibia uses best practice methodology.
- Assists with the planning and implementation of the overall marketing strategy including the branding and communications strategy.
- Ensures that the difference between Destination Brand Namibia and the corporate NTB brand is understood.
- Ensures alignment of the NTB website in terms of brand identity
- Issues brand guidelines to all departments and offices to ensure targeted distribution.
- Keeps joint marketing and trade opportunities updated on an ongoing basis and posted on the NTB corporate website.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Degree (NQF 7 level) or similar qualification preferably in Marketing with an emphasis on Brand Development
- Knowledge of the Namibian tourism industry.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years brand development experience, preferably in destination marketing or in a creative agency
- Preferably digital marketing experience
Training Requirements:
- Knowledge of Adobe suite
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint
- Basic Microsoft Excel and Word
Special Requirements
- May be required to work overtime or extended hours
- A full and current BE driver’s licence
